1. Conclusion of Contract
A binding purchase agreement between the buyer and the shop is established upon the creation of a payment request.
2. Delivery
Ordered products are generally delivered instantly. If a product requires processing time, this will be clearly stated in the respective product description.
3. Retention of Title
Delivered products remain the property of the shop until full payment has been received.
4. User Conduct
The shop reserves the right to suspend users and permanently exclude them from further purchases in cases of suspected misuse.
5. Support
Customer support is permanently available via live chat. Outside business hours, support requests will be handled through a ticket system.
