A refund is only possible as long as the eSIM has not been activated or installed.

Once the eSIM has been used, a refund is excluded.


3. Refund Amount


If the requirements are met, we will refund 100% of the purchase price.

Refunds are made in the same cryptocurrency used for the purchase (LTC or BTC).

5. Processing Time


Refunds are usually processed within 48 hours after verification.

The final credit depends on the respective blockchain transaction time.


6. Exceptions


Partially used or activated eSIMs are excluded from refunds.


Refunds can only be processed if the customer can be clearly identified.
